Hi! I’m Lila,
women’s coach, intuitive healer, and doula
My Story
My journey has been shaped by early adversity and the absence of family, which led me to seek a deeper source of belonging and guidance. At 19, I moved alone from Russia to the United States — with no money, no language, and no connections — trusting in something greater to carry me. This surrender became a defining thread in my life, guiding me through hardship, healing, and transformation.
I’ve been practicing yoga and meditation since 2009. Long before I lived in a spiritual community, I was studying yogic philosophy, which helped me build a life rooted in both discipline and devotion. Yoga and meditation played a central role in my healing journey — especially when I was told I may not be able to conceive without medical intervention. Through movement, nourishment, and deep inner work, I restored my health, conceived naturally, and gave birth unmedicated. This experience is the foundation of my womb-centered approach — integrating bodywork, ancestral support, and energy healing as a path home to wholeness.

Education & Professional Background
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Psychology and have research experience in cognitive neuroscience. From 2018 to 2025, I lived at a yoga ashram in upstate New York, where I worked as a vegetarian chef, taught meditation and embodiment practices, and supported the daily operations of a living spiritual community. This immersive time deepened my studies in yogic philosophy and lifestyle and eventually inspired me to create Temple House — a sacred space for healing and ceremony in Greenwood Lake, NY.
I am a certified embodiment facilitator and Brazilian Womb Spa practitioner, trained birth and postpartum doula, and natural gynecology apprentice at Flor da Vida, a women’s wellness center. I’m also a Reiki Master and meditation teacher for beginners. Since 2020, I’ve been supporting women through coaching, healing, and ceremonial work — meeting them with care, clarity, and reverence in life’s most powerful transitions.

My Values
-
Freedom: The ability to live in alignment with your natural rhythm, unbound by external conditioning.
-
Diversity: As a queer, neurodivergent immigrant who comes from the margins, I hold a deep commitment to creating space for all identities and lived experiences.
-
Community: Healing doesn’t happen in isolation. I believe community is as essential to healing as touch — helping to rewire the nervous system and remind us we belong.
I honor all religions and spiritual paths — seeing them as different routes to the same mountain top. At the center of my work is the belief that when women are supported, protected, and revered, life itself flows in a more peaceful and harmonious way.

What I Offer
My work blends emotional, ancestral, physical, and spiritual healing — helping women reclaim their voice, presence, and power through coaching, womb and bodywork, doula support, and sacred ceremony. I work both in my sacred home, Temple House, in Greenwood Lake, NY, and travel to meet women where they are.
