I offer trauma-informed, neurodivergent & LGBTQ+ friendly care for families across NY, NJ, and CT. My approach is intuitive, body-based, and rooted in deep trust in the birthing process. I support those who wish to give birth unmedicated (if safe) and expand their capacity beyond what they imagined possible — physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

This work supports the womb as both a physical and energetic center — restoring balance, circulation, and vitality to the whole body. It is especially helpful for menstrual pain, stagnation, digestive issues, hormonal imbalance, emotional numbness, and trauma held in the pelvic region.

Each ceremony is designed in response to your specific situation and may include practices such as meditation, breathwork, cacao, yoni steaming, and guided ritual structure.

Ceremonies support moments such as birth preparation, menarche, loss, ancestral healing, and major life transitions.
