Postpartum Doula & Womb Care Support

Postpartum care is not a luxury — it’s a necessity that supports recovery, emotional balance, and long-term wellbeing. As a postpartum doula, my role is to care for the birthing person while they care for their baby. Each visit begins with a gentle check-in, attuning to their emotional and physical needs for the day. A session may include warm oil body care, a sitz bath or foot soak, nourishing Ayurvedic-inspired meals prepared in a meditative atmosphere, light household support, or caring for the baby so the parent can rest or replenish.

I also assist clients in connecting with trusted practitioners — such as lactation consultants, therapists, or other postpartum specialists — when additional support is needed.

In addition to postpartum care, I offer Brazilian Womb Spa rituals and ceremonial spaces for womb healing, supporting all people with wombs — including women, non-binary, and trans individuals — to reconnect with their bodies, emotions, and life force.

Postpartum support can be received anytime within the first year after birth.
The minimum package is 20 hours of care, used within two weeks of the first visit (minimum 4-hour sessions).

I’m based in Greenwood Lake, NY, and travel to clients throughout the NY/NJ area.
