Ritual & Ceremony
In-person, body-based ritual work for transition, grief, initiation, and life thresholds.
Each ceremony is designed in response to your specific situation and may include practices such as meditation, breathwork, cacao, yoni steaming, and guided ritual structure.
Ceremonies support moments such as birth preparation, menarche, loss, ancestral healing, and major life transitions.
