The intention of this intimate gathering is to help you dissolve layers of shame and self-judgment so that your natural self-expression can flow more freely and gracefully. In this safe and nurturing space, we practice the very abilities that allow us to create a more fulfilled and embodied life.

Ceremonial Cacao, known as the heart-opener, gently awakens feelings of warmth, connection, and love. It helps us become more attuned to our bodies and emotions — softening into sensuality and receptivity.

Through breathing practices, movement, and voice, we’ll explore the healing power of authentic self-expression. This supports the body in letting go of what it holds: tension, emotion, and old stories that no longer serve. As we move these energies, sound naturally begins to flow.

Through the voice, our inner truth is felt and heard, clearing the pathways between the heart, womb, and throat.

​

This process is not about performance. Self-expression is the unique medicine we can offer to ourselves and the world.  A return to our natural freedom, our wholeness, our wild and tender essence.
